PAYMENT AND DEPOSITS

Credit Card payments will be made via a Secure Server (PAYPAL) and we would not have an access to your payment details, so all your card's details are 100% safe with us.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 24 hours from the start of the period of hire, 50% of all money paid will be non-refundable.

If a booking is cancelled by the Customer within 12 hours from the start of the period of hire, 100% of all money paid will be non-refundable.

If the customer does not appear  or contact us at the time and place designated as the pickup point, all money paid will be non-refundable.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We require a minimum of 12 hours notice for any online bookings.

Whilst we do our utmost to ensure our drivers are punctual, you will understand that we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by circumstances out of our control.

The driver will drive at safe and sensible speed in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.

Clients are responsible for any damage they cause to the interior and/or exterior of the hired vehicle and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order.

We may provide subcontracted vehicles occasionally.

By supplying your email address you permit us to contact you via email, in return we promise never to supply your email to any third party.

If there are any changes or variations including extra mileage on the journeys other than what was agreed at the time of booking, the client will be charged extras in accordance with the pricing structure on our website.

If the 30 minutes waiting time free of charge is exceeded, then an extra amount for the additional waiting time will be charged on top of the original charge, depending on the type of the vehicle being used for the particular journey. Delays on the flight won’t be extra charged.

We reserve the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if necessary.

Every effort will be made by us to ensure that our vehicle(s) or Sub-Contractors vehicle(s) arrive on time.

Our Chauffeur(s) will travel by the most appropriate route on the day, unless instructed otherwise by the Customer at the time of booking.

Our vehicle(s) and sub-contracted vehicles are fully insured for passenger and third party claims. However, customer's properties are carried entirely at their own risk and we shall not be held responsible/liable for any loss/damage to such property.

We will keep a lost property book at their office, and will endeavor to return any lost goods left in our vehicle(s) or subcontracted vehicle(s) to the customer.

Our company and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose behavior poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other passenger(s).

Our Company maintains a strict non-smoking policy in all its vehicles.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY POLICY.

We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly to process your booking and secondly to provide you with the best possible service.

We will not send out marketing emails to you in the future unless you have given us your consent.

We will give you the chance to refuse marketing emails from us or another trader in the future.

The type of information we collect are: your name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will not collect any other sensitive information without your explicit consent. The information we will collect about you will be secure.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You may check the information we are holding by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or promptly correct it.

If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
