At the Airports your driver will meet you in the arrivals area near the Information desk. He will be holding a board with the Passenger name.You will have a 30 minutes of Free waiting time after the flight lands+car park charges(£6 pounds extra). At Cruise terminals the driver will meet you as you exit the secure area. If at any time you cannot locate your driver please call us on:

Can I make a booking on the phone?
Yes, you can make a booking on the phone.
Will you meet us at any time of day?
Yes, we are able to provide you a 24 hours service. There will be no extra charge for unsocial hours. The only time, we charge extra is for the Christmas and New Year period.
Where will I meet your driver at the airport?
Our driver will meet you in the arrival area near the airport information with your name board.
What if the flight is delayed or early?
We will check the flight status on the day and the driver will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the flight lands. If you have made other arrangements, the driver will arrive according to those arrangements.
What happens if I cannot find my driver?
Please make sure that you have correctly followed the 8 seat taxi instructions on your confirmation, contact us on the contact number also supplied on your confirmation.
I have completed a booking form, will I receive an e- mail confirmation?
Yes, we will confirm your booking within 24 hours of receipt. If your transfer is within 24 hours from the time of booking, please call us for quick confirmation. If you have booked online via our Book a Taxi facility you will receive instant confirmation of booking made with status Pending, as soon as we review the booking we will email you back with a receipt of Status change to Accepted.
How early do I need to book my car?
The earlier the better. However, 12 hours would be recommended. If you are making a last minute booking, it is best to call us to confirm.
Can I pay by credit card?
Yes, you may pay by card in advance. You can also pay with PayPal via our Book a Taxi booking form.
Can I pay the driver cash?
Yes, you may pay the driver cash at the time of pick up. This option is also availbale if you use Book a Taxi form, just choose Pay Cash option.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel or postpone a booking. Please see Terms and Conditions.
If I have paid by credit card or PayPal and cancel my booking will I get a refund?
Yes, you can get a refund. Please see Terms and Conditions.
